The Master of Science in Business Analytics might be one of the newest programs at Goizueta Business School, but it’s already—consistently—producing highly employable and attractive graduates, according to the Class of 2022 employment report.
Every student from the Class of 2022 received an employment offer within six months of graduating, and 100 percent accepted a job offer within that same time frame, mirroring the success of last year’s graduating class.
Graduates found jobs at top-tier businesses like Amazon, BlackRock, CVS Health, Delta Air Lines, McKinsey & Company, Morgan Stanley, The Home Depot, and TikTok—among others. Hanging up their title of “student,” the Class of 2022 donned coveted positions as data operations analysts, data scientists, technology consultants, and senior product analytics associates.
“Buzz words come and go every year: O2O, blockchain, VR, machine learning, big data, cloud computing, AI. However, no matter how fancy they sound, it comes down to the data scientists utilizing these technologies and correctly collecting and processing data to create real business impact. This is what the Master of Science in Business Analytics program at Goizueta is preparing us for,” Wen Zhang 18MSBA, data scientist for The Home Depot.
For the Class of 2022, 84 percent found their full-time job through Goizueta-related sources, including the Graduate Center Management Center, faculty and student referrals, and Goizueta job postings.
We are so proud of the Class of 2022 for these employment outcomes. The Graduate Career Management Center has partnered with this class to help them achieve unprecedented results by showcasing their career preparation combined with their technical expertise learned in the classroom.

The majority of the cohort reported a median base salary of $100,000, which is an increase of 20 percent. 41 percent also reported a median signing bonus of $10,000.
Most Goizueta graduates continue to choose the South (66 percent) over other regions for employment, but those numbers can be deceiving. Goizueta graduate have location options when accepting job offers with 18 percent flocking to the New England area. 75 percent of Fortune 1000 firms have a presence in Atlanta, in addition to other U.S. cities, but Atlanta’s low cost of living and temperate weather get many graduates to stay in the area.
