“Our goal is to focus on those things most important for our clients to maximize the talents and energies of their people. Ensuring the learning is closely aligned to the strategic goals of the organization and that the participants not only acquire new insights but know how and when to apply them are critical tenets of our approach to designing and delivering programs,” said Chief Corporate Learning Officer Nicola Barrett, who oversees Executive Education. “Now, more than ever, we see business leaders challenged to build the knowledge and skills to navigate an unpredictable business landscape. The ability to truly listen and customize learning to their needs and specific organizational challenges sets non-degree development initiatives apart.”
Goizueta’s Executive Education custom programs are built specifically to meet an organization’s development needs. Leading corporations from UPS to Nielsen to Home Depot have partnered with Executive Education to deliver custom programs focused on building the mindsets, skillsets and toolsets today’s executives need to successfully lead their organizations.
