Emory University’s Goizueta Business School has added an associate dean for its nationally-ranked Executive MBA Program, it was announced today.
Jonathan Darsey comes to Goizueta with nearly 15 years of managing consulting experience. He most recently served as a Partner in Accenture’s Strategy practice focused on strategy, marketing and commercial operations in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer products industries.
Darsey is a graduate of Davidson College where he was designated a Watson Fellow. He spent five years in business, including starting a restaurant, before returning to school and earning an MBA from Cornell.
“Our MBA programs offer leadership training and a wide variety of electives to tailor to most any type of student or interest,” said Rob Kazanjian, Vice Dean for Programs at Goizueta. “The diverse business background – and success – Jonathan has will help us further enrich the student experience in the Executive MBA space. His addition also marks another step in our strategy for success, adding a full-time role as head of the program offices.”
Darsey will focus on the EMBA student experience, outreach from the program and coordinate the academic program office.
